Listed is the Initial Fee Worksheets (IFW) for specific loan amounts and by state. These estimates include all fees that a borrower will pay based on the loan amounts listed and for a single family owner occupied property.

Since we are a mortgage broker we have several Lenders that we use to provide financing to our borrowers. Each Lender has different fees. The listed IFW show an average of all these Lenders.

These estimates do not include the pre-paid finance charges for establishing your escrows for real estate taxes, homeowners insurance and private mortgage insurance. (if applicable)
