The Mortgage Corner® of New England believes every potential borrower should understand exactly how much the closing costs are when receiving mortgage financing. Listed are Good Faith Estimates (GFE) for specific loan amounts and by state. These estimates include all fees that a borrower will pay based on the loan amounts listed and for a single family owner occupied property. Refinance transaction require an additional $35 per loan to be paid off at the time of closing.
These
estimates do not include the pre-paid finance charges for establishing
your escrows for real estate taxes, homeowners insurance and private
mortgage insurance. (if applicable)
The Mortgage Corner® of New
England does not charge any "junk fees" on our loans. All closing
costs are expenses to third parties such as the appraiser, credit bureau
