The Mortgage Corner® of New England is proud to provide our customers with the Guaranteed Closing Costs Program*.  We will provide any potential borrower with a Good Faith Estimate of all fees that the borrower will be responsible to pay at their mortgage closing.  We guarantee that your closing costs at your closing will not exceed our quoted fees on your Good Faith Estimate or your fees will be paid by The Mortgage Corner® of New England.  That's how positive we are that we provide our customers with the exact costs when you are shopping for a mortgage.

*Fees represent monies owed for expenses incurred for a mortgage closing.  These fees may include: Appraisal Fees, Credit Report, Automated Underwriting Fees, Underwriting Fees, Tax Service Fees, Flood Certification Fees, Attorney Fees, Title Insurance, Municipal lien Certificate, Recording Charges, and Survey Deletion.  Your mortgage closing will include establishing an escrow account for taxes and insurance and the per diem interest that will be due on your new mortgage. These monies are not fees but prepaid items and these amounts may change depending upon the day and month of your mortgage closing.  The Guaranteed Closing Costs Program does not cover "prepaid: items" and The Mortgage Corner® of New England can not be held responsible if these "prepaid" items differ at time of closing.
